JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsible for helping organizations prepare and evaluate bids and tenders for valuable contracts
- Coordinate and communicate with all the different stakeholders involved, analyze requirements of a tender and develop key solutions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively market the Wind Vessel services and gather business intelligence and information in the Offshore Wind market
- To Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualification
- To organise and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review
- To assist in contract review to ensure compliance with the Group Policy and commercial management plan
- Co-develop market requirements for current and future services and products by conducting market research
- To furnish all necessary arrangements for meetings by potential customers, brokers, agents, and representatives
- Assist in management and business performance reports to facilitate forecasting, decision making and commercial strategies
- Monitoring and reporting all sales and marketing activities regularly
- Conduct Multi-platform or cross-channel marketing
- Planning and strategizing annual media advertorial and editorial plan, marketing activities and liaising with external agencies for promotional activities
- Organising marketing related activities at domestic and international level such as exhibitions, internal and external events and award nominations
- Willing to travel and work in a global team of professionals
- Fluent in English language in both written and spoken
