Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer and Video/Podcast Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, editing videos, and producing podcasts that align with our brand and messaging across various platforms. This position offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to our visual and audio identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics for digital articles, social media posts, marketing materials, newsletters, and magazines that capture the essence of our brands.
Video Editing: Edit and produce video content for our platforms, ensuring engaging storytelling through visual and audio elements.Podcast Editing: Edit podcast episodes to ensure high-quality audio, including sound design, mixing, and any necessary adjustments.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and management to understand design and multimedia needs and develop creative solutions.
Creative Concepts: Generate innovative design and multimedia concepts that effectively communicate our messages and engage our audience.
Image and Audio Enhancement: Edit and enhance images for use in various formats, ensuring a professional and polished look, and refine audio quality for podcasts.
Feedback Incorporation: Accept and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and multimedia content to meet project requirements.
File Management: Organize and maintain a library of design files and media assets, ensuring easy access for future projects.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and podcast editing, preferably in the financial or insurance sectors; a portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Video Production, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and audio editing software such as Audacity or Adobe Audition.
Creativity: A strong creative flair, with the ability to think outside the box and generate unique design and multimedia ideas.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and audio quality.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
