We are seeking a passionate and organized Arts Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our artistic programs and initiatives, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize artistic events, including performances and educational programs. Manage logistics such as venue arrangements, performing requirements and front of house responsibilities.
  • Financial Management: Assist in creating and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and engage audiences through social media, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management, including production and performance schedules.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in arts management or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for the arts and a desire to support creative initiatives.
