Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan the well-being management of key stakeholder
- Provide individualized patient-focused care, including regular glucose and blood pressure checks, lifestyle (exercise regime) and dietary management
- Provide medical and physical care to key stakeholder whilst on travels
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of proven nursing experience. Having experience as a Paramedic would be a plus.
- Have medical knowledge especially about emergency and cardiology.
- Demonstrate competency in nursing core and special skills.
- Possess a caring and positive attitude.
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Ad-hoc overseas travelling whenever required
- Must be a SNB registered nurse.
Other Information:
- Permanent Full Time Position.
- 44 hours work week.
- Saturday and Sunday on rotation basis with another nurse.
- 5 to 7 mins walk to Stevens MRT Station.
