Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, (7.30am to 4.30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all EH&S and Quality legislation, compliance, and regulations in the company.
- Always perform responsibilities in compliance with Code of Ethics.
- A team player who possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assist in booking of travel arrangements with AMEX.
- Raising purchase requisitions.
- Register facial recognition and fingerprint for new joiners.
- Register visitor using visitor registration management system (VRMS).
- Coordinate the ordering / preparation of safety shoes and glasses for new employees / visitors.
- Coordinate the ordering and issuing of taxi vouchers.
- Coordinate the annual ordering and distribution of company uniforms for employees.
- Update telephone extension listing.
- Upkeep latest updates in CORE Gallery.
- Maintain logbook for business gifts.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Contractual Period:
- 1 Year (Renewable)
Salary:
- Basic up to $2.5K to $3K
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N’Level
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Well verse in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience in using SAP is advantageous.
