Our client who focuses in healthcare transformation are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join their team and play a crucial role in ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and software.
• Implement and manage IT solutions to enhance our operations.
• Ensure timely updates, patches, and security protocols are in place.
• Manage and support IT services and applications throughout the organization.
• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive system logs and documentation.
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
• Address and resolve IT-related inquiries and incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and user satisfaction.
• Assist in evaluating and prioritizing IT requests.
• Contribute to capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Support the development of IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Create and deliver IT training materials for end-users.
• Conduct training sessions on new technologies and best practices.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and user guides.
• Assist in identifying IT equipment needs and licensing requirements.
• Research and recommend cost-effective IT solutions.
• Support the IT procurement process.
• Manage relationships and contracts with vendors.
• Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units.
• Communicate IT initiatives and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT products and services.
• Negotiate and review vendor contracts and SLAs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Versatile IT professional capable of managing day-to-day operations and contributing to broader IT initiatives.
• Proficiency in IT management tools and practices.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality IT services.
• Strong critical thinking and technology literacy.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication.
• Determined, resourceful, and adaptable with a passion for learning and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and maintain a self-starter mindset.
• Good resource and task management skills.
• Willingness to be a continuous learner, proactive, and hands-on.
