Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and applications.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
- Mentor and guide Junior Engineers, emphasizing best practices.
- Work independently, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and self-drive.
- Be versatile and ready to take on various roles as required.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, able to address production issues promptly and communicate the resolution process confidently to stakeholders without panicking.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years in backend development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience in in Python (must), Rust (strong bonus), C++, one of the JVM languages (Java / Scala)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Microservice architecture is essential.
- A genuine interest in the capital markets.
- Onsite in office at least 4 days a week.
Min 5 years of experience.
Qualifications in Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
