A leading Control Room solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled and driven Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Physical Security, including PSIM (Physical Security Information Management), VMS (Video Management Systems), ACMS (Access Control Management Systems), and ISMS (Integrated Security Management Systems). You will be responsible for working closely with our sales team to provide technical expertise, support, and demonstrations to prospective clients. The position will be in-office based in Singapore.

You will be part of the proposal and solutions design team. Excellent presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role to collaborate closely with the Consultancy, Sales, Project, and Maintenance Team. The ability to translate technical requirements and present them clearly to the C-suite is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to build strong relationships while understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and addressing customer concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in Physical Security.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our solutions.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings based on customer needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably 1-5 years of experience in a PSIM, VMS, ACMS, and ISMS related pre-sales role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to provide solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
