About the Role:
GreenLane Talent Acquisition is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the new energy materials industry. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated fresh graduate to join as an Assistant to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant to the General Manager, you will support the General Manager in handling daily work tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Investment Management:
• Assisting in financial first and second market investments.
• Supporting investments in new energy, mining, and AI industries.
2. Administrative Support:
• Managing business receptions and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a relevant degree.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Indonesian to read and draft contracts and project materials in all three languages.
- Willingness to travel extensively for work.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interest or background in finance, new energy, mining, and AI industries is a plus.
