**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Communicate with clients to identify project requirements and provide reasonable solutions to help clients secure projects.
2. Train clients on product technical knowledge to help them quickly become familiar with the product solutions.
3. Write product technical documentation to assist clients in quickly understanding product configurations.
4. Quickly resolve clients' daily technical issues with the products to ensure client satisfaction with the service.
**Job Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in computer science, electronics, communications, or related STEM fields.
2. Preferred: Experience in testing or technical support roles, with a preference for experience in overseas pre-sales and post-sales technical support. The technical focus is on intercom systems and access control systems.
3. Strong communication and expression skills, analytical and summarizing abilities, and team collaboration spirit.
