Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims into the insurance portal before deadline
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of claims forms and documents (if any)
- Ensure all necessary information is included in the claim processing
- Track the claims status and follow up on outstanding disputes claims with the respective clinics or insurance providers
- Reconcile the insurance claims to invoices in the system
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N-Levels certificate
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative role
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent team-player who is organised and meticulous.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle a range of admin duties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
