Your new role
This is a client-facing role, based in branch and a customer-centric environment.
· Conduct high level fact-finding and consultative financial analysis to understand personal banking clients and recommend wealth management products to help clients to meet their financial objectives.
· Provide timely updates and quality after-sales service that leads to repeat purchase or referrals/
· Provide servicing resolutions that help to establish and maintain long term relationships with clients from personal to priority banking level.
· Recommend clients wealth management products to maximise their returns in accordance to their risk appetite and financial objectives.
· Relationship building with high net worth clients with timely updates and propose alternative investment instruments with a tailored approach.
· Product recommendations tailored towards client's individual needs and maximise portfolio return and achieve overall capital growth on client's wealth.
What you'll need to succeed
· Recent graduates or individuals with prior experience in a sales or business development environment.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and presentation skills.
· Good customer relationship management skills.
· This role is suitable for those eager to gain experience within the wealth management industry.
· Given our diverse client base, conversational Mandarin is a must.
