Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team of technicians and outsourced contractors to attend to incidents and tenants feedback in a timely and effective manner
- ·Check on vendor works, sign service report and follow up on corrective maintenance and ensure timely payment to vendor
- Track and ensure work orders are closed in a timely manne
- Analyse operations (eg. inspection regime, feedback) and identify and implement measures to improve operations and cost management
- Rview and improve on SOP/workflow to enhance operations outcomes, enhance quality of service delivery and team productivity
- Analyse system performance data and make recommendations for performance improvement (eg. utilities consumption, operations quality)
- Conduct periodic inspection on Engineering systems
- Prepare budget for engineering operations and manages expenditure within approved budget.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Independent and strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, writing and planning skills
- Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment, keen eye for details, adaptable, able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines, proactive, resourceful, assertive and deliver high quality work
- Passionate about engineering, positive mindset and self-driven with a desire for knowledge and learning with a can-do attitude
- Able to work on shift hours, weekends and PHs.
