- Cost estimation: Calculate and pepare cost of labor, materials and other expenses required for ship repair projects
- Bid Preparation: Develop detailed and accurate bids and proposals for potential tenders, including breakdown of costs and project timelines.
- Invoice Preparation: Generate and issue invoices to clients based on the terms of the contracts and the completed/ additional work timely.
- Billing Management: Track payments, manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience
