Responsibilities :
Shift Timing: 12 hours shift - 8 am to 8 pm
4 days day shift
3 days off
3 days night shift
4 days off
• Be the frontline support person the go-to techie on-site.
• Resolve issues swiftly under our defined SLAs.
• Assist with installations, run patches & more.
• 1 to 2 years of minimum IT experience
Requirements
• Good communication skills in English language and IT aptitude and self-learning.
• Any IT education, Certificate or Diploma will be good to have.
• Readiness to learn and passion for getting things done,If you are organized you will shine in the job.
