We are currently partnering with a well-established Technology firm who is seeking a Senior / Cybersecurity Engineer to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security measures to protect information systems and networks. You will collaborate with the team to develop security architecture, monitor and respond to threats, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role also includes managing security tools, performing risk assessments, leading incident response efforts, and providing training on security best practices. You have a strong background in information and network security, risk management, and a commitment to staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends.
Your Profile
You are a degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally with a background in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT/CIRT). Strong investigative and analytical problem-solving skills are essential, with a keen interest in open-source research and contextual analysis. A solid understanding of current vulnerabilities, response strategies, and mitigation techniques is required, supported by relevant professional certifications such as GCIA or CEH. Experience in intelligence analysis, including OSINT, closed-source intelligence, and threat characterization, is also crucial.
