Job Description:
- Provide Engineering Support for a diverse range of products (RF, Mixed Signal, Digital, Power Management) throughout all stages from development to production release.
- Collaborate Closely with Test Engineering and Production Support Teams to drive debugging activities, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement.
- Engage with Product Test Engineering and Design Teams to communicate technical product status to management.
- Coordinate with Customers on product testing requirements and production release criteria.
- Liaise with Foundries and Test Subcontractors/SAT Houses to resolve all production issues.
- Generate Detailed Status Reports at each phase, establish test limits (guard bands), and provide correlation and yield summary reports.
- Support Yield Improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate improvement during production ramp-up.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Product/Test Engineering, with a preference for those with foundry process background.
- Experience in leading technical teams is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of test concepts for digital, PMIC, Mixed Signal, and RF products.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE.
- Proficiency in statistics and data mining.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with statistical analysis software such as JMP, CEDA, or DataPower, with OptimalPlus tool knowledge being a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, Java, VBA) and automation in reporting is an advantage.
