- Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:
- Promptly address software issues reported by clients, ensuring swift resolution and providing timely updates on the status of ongoing support cases
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and expedite issue resolution
- Deliver technical support and assistance through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-house platform
- Utilize support ticketing systems to meticulously track and manage support cases, ensuring accuracy and currency of information
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• 1 year of working experience in supporting mobile or website applications
