The successful incumbent will be part of the Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity Department in Customer Experience Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and response to connectivity feedback and Cabin Crew voyage reports.
- Charting, reporting and analysis of connectivity usage and bandwidth data.
- Charting, reporting and analysis of connectivity Customer Satisfaction performance.
- Support connectivity operations and performance monitoring.
- Support implementation of connectivity projects.
Requirements
- Holds a diploma
- Able to work independently and self-driven.
- Comfortable working with large data sets.
- Able to work on the common app e.g. excel, words, power point etc.
- IT savviness or receptive to digitalisation mindset preferred
