Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems according to project requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including design documents, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project status.
- Ensure that developed applications meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Perform code reviews and conduct testing to identify and fix bugs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Analyst Programmer, Software Developer, or in a similar role.
- Experience in project management or supporting project management activities is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
