Responsibilities
Identify and pursue tender opportunities
Attend site briefings prior to project tendering
Conduct cost analysis based on architectural drawings and required materials
Obtain quotations from sub-contractors for various trades
Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities, and discuss with management for final submission
Prepare final submissions and follow up with tender questionnaire replies and interviews
Monitor progress and liaise with vendors
Manage all project stages within predetermined budgets and expenditures, including progress claim submissions, quotations, and variation orders (VO) submissions
Attend site meetings for ongoing projects
Track project progress and handle measurement and valuation of variations during the contract for interim payments and final accounts
Collaborate with the team to ensure client requirements are met
Bonus: Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting work
