Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source the right candidates both locally and overseas.
- Conduct pre-interviews with candidates and arrange effective interviews with clients.
- Process visa applications, documentation, and relevant logistics.
- Acquire and engage clients.
- Provide follow-up customer service and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Follow-up and collect the placement fees.
Requirements:
- Experience with foreign migrant workers recruitment under Construction, PCM and Marine.
- Good connections with local and overseas networks.
- Experience in recruitment sales is preferred.
- Highly passionate and committed, with the ability to handle pressure.
- Proactive and result-oriented.
- Possessing a CEI Basic license is an advantage.
