RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Program Manager with solid project management knowledge and technical experience on crafting and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) products and solutions, to accelerate incubation and delivery of new AI/ML based media and business capabilities. You will collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of adopting and/or building AI/ML technologies to optimise productivity and efficiency and provide great customer experience, across all our digital products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Developing implementation plans for taking projects from a conceptual phase to full implementation throughout the entire project life cycle
- Drive technical discussions, facilitate meetings, track progression to establish key features, milestones, and deliverables for the projects
- Collaborate and manage external services provides to design and scope out AI/ML solutions to address internal challenges, business needs and support project management fundamentals through mentoring, sharing, and improving internal workflows
- Providing direct technical expertise for AI/ML related opportunities
- Leverage knowledge and experience to solve cross-organizational issues and remove blockers
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years' experience directly involved with project management, software delivery and/or technical implementation and working and implementing AI/ML Products and solutions
- Experience with Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools and practices and ability to distil information and communicate directly with stakeholders
- Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud Infrastructures, technical depth in shaping and designing AI/ML architectures and infrastructure with aptitude of working on multiple projects in parallel
- Candidates who have prior experience in Generative AI projects in Media & Entertainment industry is a strong plus
