Housed within ASPRI-Westlife Papan dormitory and operating from ASPRI Integrated Training Centre (AITC), ASPRI-IPI is the premier industry training facility that offers residents a myriad of heavily subsided safety, trade-skills and literacy courses, enabling skills progression and upward mobility. Since 2017, ASPRI-IPI has delivered beyond 1 million training hours enriching more than 180,000 training headcounts.
We are now seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing training team in delivering quality trainings to improve the livelihoods of the migrant workforce.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to
The core responsibility of this role is to provide technical and administrative support to ensure delivery of training courses that meet the required standards.
Training Operations
- Plan and coordinate resources and other logistics which are required to support training programmes and day-to-day operations, including technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of technical equipment, tools and training infrastructures.
- Timely uploading and submission of trainee’s course result, issuance of certificates and tracking of controlled documents.
- Collect, analyse and prepare data for submission in accordance with WSQ and Training Centre protocols.
- Support Service Quality Unit on course administrative matters.
Business Development
- Assist with marketing and outreach programme, including events, seminars and career roadshows designed to enhance the image of the Training Centre and increase course demand.
- Support any other corporate activities or events organise by ASPRI.
Suppliers Management
- Source, negotiate, monitor and feedback on the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, ensuring compliance to technical specifications and service standards.
Quality Management
- Maintain and track various items under the training quality management system
- Assist management with preparation for audits and other regulatory requirements by Accreditation Bodies.
You should possess the following:
- Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Training and Adult Education sector.
- Strong communication with good customer service attitude.
- Knowledge of WSQ Skills Connect and AMS 3 system will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
- Strong adaptability skill, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekday evenings and Sundays on a rotational basis, with generous perks provided.
- Working location in Jalan Papan, shuttle transport will be provided.
