Job Responsibilities
- Responsible on end-to-end recruitment processes from preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
- Assessing Tech Talent (Data, Cloud, Software) towards stakeholder
- Establishment strong stakeholder relationships with partners, hiring managers and HR business partners
- Talent Mapping and pipeline planning
- Prepare new employee's salary proposal for approval
- Supporting any other ad-hoc TA admin or project work
Requirements
- Candidates with at least 3 year of experience in recruitment.
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
