Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kuching, Sarawak
Salary Range: RM 2,800 – RM 3,500
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher education in Quantity Survey, Construction, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction field.
- Knowledge of construction labels.
- Experience with construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the contractual and financial side of the company's earthworks and construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with contractual agreements.
