*Responsibilities:*
1. *Invoice Processing:* Manage and record company invoices, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.
2. *Document Handling:* Handle various documents such as reimbursement forms, purchase orders, and ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.
3. *File Management:* Organize, archive, and manage company documents, including both electronic and physical files.
4. *General Administrative Support:* Assist with daily office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
5. *Coordination with Other Departments:* Work closely with departments such as Finance and Procurement to ensure smooth information flow and efficient workflow.
