Our client a major NVOCC is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive
Issuing proper bills of lading and assuming responsibilities for the shipments.
To develop strong business building relationships with existing and new customer base.
To be fully accountable for meeting individual key performance indicators and targets.
Meeting sales forecast and target.
Submit regular reports covering sales activities from sales to servicing of current clients and develop new business.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and coordinate internally for import and export shipments.
Compliance, reviewing, and implementation of internal controls simultaneously.
Assist in the planning and controlling in marketing of our shipping services.
Monitoring the day-to-day operational functions flowing smoothly.
Assist in management and direct all operational activities in meeting both company and customer expectations.
Inventory tracking and control.
To be the point of contact in daily management and ensuring smooth execution of overall booking space with feeders/vessel operators.
Monitor and ensure prompt and accurate submission of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipment.
