The Senior Director of Digital Sales Leader
Develop global framework for digital sales team and supporting coverage plan for Visa’s longtail customers including identifying, developing, and implementing effective sales plans and strategies in partnership with regional digital sales leaders
Develop end to end sales motions to support inbound and outbound sales strategies for longtail client and partners
Work together with other leaders across the company (e.g. Marketing, Finance, regional sales teams, CS, etc.) to execute cross-functional key initiatives in support of the launch of the digital sales centers and coverage strategies
Partner with regional sales center leads to accurately forecast sales opportunities and deliver monthly sales and revenue quota to ensure profitability goals are achieved/exceeded
Continually evaluate and deploy new and improved digital sales processes and methods
Provide ongoing coaching to Regional Digital Sales leaders to achieve targets and execution of strategic initiatives
Build skills, confidence, and trust with digital sales teams and provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
Conduct regular account reviews with direct reports to ensure maximum sales efforts
Conduct presentations to internal and external executive decision-makers
