Responsible for quality issues arising from production and customer feedback.
Implement the quality inspection standards, on incoming, in process and outgoing inspections, and provide QA inputs to production to resolve quality-related issues at in-process and final inspections.
- Lead the team of QC inspectors in the inspection of parts for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements.
· Able to prioritize and multi task, good time management skills
· Possess excellent leadership & teamwork abilities and organizational skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Knowledge and application of quality tools - SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, CPK, 8D Report, GR&R and Minitab.
· Proficient in understanding engineering drawings with sound knowledge of GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
· Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 quality system.
· Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
