This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Tampines, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
- BOQ and Cost Reporting skills
- Experience in quantity surveying and project cost management
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- QS consultancy work experience preferably in Singapore
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
