Our Client is a US MNC, leading in digital consulting.
Due to growth, they are currently looking for SAP consultants, on contract and for permanent roles both.
Work you will do
You will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for:
- Creation, sale, and delivery of SAP solutions (Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.)
- Engaging clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
- Advising clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes and functions
- Designing target state SAP solutions for clients and influencing their adoption of leading/standard practices
- Analyzing application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions
- Performing SAP configuration and tests, developing specifications for forms/reports/interfaces
- Leading consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle (planning, testing, migration, and cutover)
- Supporting change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover
- Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for:
If you have:
- A good honours degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP BODS Module, including end-to-end full life cycle SAP BODS Module implementations
- Team-leading experience (preferred)
- Experience/exposure to SAP S/4 HANA (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment
- Sound understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and leading practices in the area of focus
- Ability to facilitate effective workshops and lead target state design
- Ability to lead teams
- Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions
- Broad understanding of SAP design, appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies
- Sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
- Willingness to work outside of the office base
- Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel locally and abroad), as it is a pre-requisite for short-term and long-term project assignments
