- Oversee and direct the team responsible for establishing supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with sales and operational needs.
- Lead the Asia Pacific region a wide range of service providers that supply intermodal and sea freight services.
- Organize and maintain rates, surcharges, and suppliers' data in the internal vendor system.
- Ensure that the procurement's requirements and procedures are acknowledged and followed, support and facilitate the regional procurement team.
- Establish and expand comprehensive connections at different levels with both new and current suppliers in the relevant industry.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Shipping or Logistics sector.
- Proven track record in procurement function and exceptional leadership skills.
