Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tanglin Mall and Great World outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all classes and activities.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and administrative staff.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing parents' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Management: Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve targets, implement strategies to boost enrollment and participation.
- Facility Management: Ensure the art studio facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to learning. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of manpower and classes to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Manage the operational budget, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial goals.
- Marketing and Outreach: Support marketing efforts to promote the art school and attract new students. Organize events and activities to engage the community.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations management role, preferably within an educational or enrichment setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for arts education and working with children.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
Working Hours:
- 5 days work week, including both Saturdays and Sundays.
- Weekdays: 09:00 to 18:00
- Weekends: 09:00 to 19:00
- 1-hour lunch break
- Days off: Management will advise
Salary Range:
- Base Salary as Advertised + Sales Incentive
