Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, including forms, sourcing, interviews, salary proposals, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Advise on HR policies to improve communication and performance.
- Record minutes at staff meetings.
- Manage work pass applications for foreign hires.
- Support performance reviews and HRIS testing.
- Assist with HR projects and admin tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or related field, with 2+ years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- SAP/SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
