Job Description

  • Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations.
  • Maintain office facilities and coordinate with vendors and building management for repairs and maintenance.
  • Handle repairs for office equipment and appliances, including lighting, phones, and air conditioning.
  • Monitor and renew service contracts, including drafting approval papers.
  • Support staff events by ordering refreshments and handling logistics.
  • Purchase and restock stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Assist with processing HR invoices.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in facility management and security.
