Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO including but not limited to calendar management, travel management, organization of meetings, etc
- Communicates directly and on behalf of CEO as and when required
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between CEO's office and internal departments, board of directors and senior management staff
- Research information on business matters
- Assist to coordinate and manage a variety of special projects for the CEO
- Prioritize conflicting needs and be proactive in assisting CEO to deliver business outcomes
- Support on some human resource administrative tasks
- Work with finance department to assist and prepare fundraising activities for portfolio companies
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 to 10 years of related experience supporting C-level executives or senior management
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Independent, proactive team player and possess self initiative
- Good communication skills with ability to work with all levels
