Job Description
- Ensure success of all certification audits relevant to ISO 22000, SFA Singapore Food Licensing, external audit relevant to food safety and quality including customer audits.
- Provide support on investigating issues, customer complaints and non-conformities.
- Responsible for daily visual inspection of food processing to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Inspect and ensure overall personal and work environment hygiene meets the required standards.
- Maintain and provide corrective action reports, working with various floor managers and briefing the individual production executives of the required standard and specification requirements.
- Work with Production Team to establish and implement SOP standards and systems.
- Maintain a specification and ingredients list for various processed goods produced by the production floor.
- Conduct Food Hygiene Audit checks and ensure any non-compliance are reported to management and resolved swiftly.
- Responsible for spot check and visual inspection of finished goods to comply with specification and customer requirements.
- Conduct training/briefings for production workers and coordinate with upkeep of facility conditions.
