Role
- Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
- Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres
- To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
- To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
- Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
- Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the departmen
- Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements
- Min N / O level
- Min 1 to 2years of healthcare experience is preferred
