Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing for Payroll.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Process payroll and related duties.
- Analyze reasons for variations in manpower expenses for monthly adhoc reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements through regular reviews.
- Support team development for efficient Payroll operations.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents on payroll matters.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR to support organizational readiness and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or financial shared service center, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience with SAP HRIS system preferred.
