Responsibilities:
- Make a market growth strategy, including GTM strategies, partnership programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share targets
- Develop and coach a high performing growth team to meet company priorities.
- Align resources, map KPI’s and translate the strategy into a strong executable growth plan to enable the company to be a market leader
- Conduct regular review of market trends and study local/global competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Work with global teams, including product team, marketing team, CS team, to implement and execute activities to expand our value proposition for market share gain locally
- Support management team with new market and product opportunities, including developing and signing new relationships with stakeholders in the local market and understanding and working within the framework of new regulatory environments
- Work with the legal, compliance and risk teams to ensure local growth team are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Min. degree education with over 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong execution, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Nice to have Experience in Web3 industry
