Responsibilities:
Production- 70%
- Prepare valid production records for daily operations.
- Monitor timely recording of production activities in various production records and guide proper recording to production workers.
- Ensure the daily plan for production/ maintenance/ cleaning truly executed and reflected on the various production records.
- Perform data entry in the inventory system for monitoring of materials/ ingredients/ consumables/ intermediates/ finished products.
- Highlight any materials, ingredients, or consumables that fall under safety levels in the inventory system to the Production Manager for timely replenishment.
- Monitor plan execution and report any delays or issues in the daily production plan to the Production Manager for resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Quality- 30%
- Issue and apply labels for facility/ equipment/ approved materials/ approved ingredients.
- Perform in-process quality control physical inspection, sample retention, and laboratory test arrangements for intermediates/ finished products.
- Arrange periodic external laboratory tests for real-time stability retention samples.
- Monitor the effectiveness of general environment and pest control within company premises and report any abnormalities to the QA Manager.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
- Ability to identify abnormalities.
- Willing to take the initiative to rectify non-compliant practices in the absence of direct supervision.
- Committed to a mindset of completing today's tasks today (this position does not typically require overtime under normal circumstances).
