Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in organisational behaviour, psychology, or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in healthcare or organisational development preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and manage ambiguity effectively.
