Job Description & Requirements
- Provide support to site operation
- Perform site planning, coordination & inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
- Settle disputes & address clarification on site
- Work under the advice of the Safety Officer to adhere to compliance & safety requirements with regulatory and industry standards during the construction phase
- Liaise, coordinate and supervision of workers & subcontractors at site
- Update the progress of structural works in the Progress Reports
- Maintain progress records and compile reports
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available
- Propose alternative work method or other ways to increase productivity
- Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at site
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawing / specification
- Ensure all workers at site comply with quality, environment, health & safety requirements
- Ensure all relevant permit are applied before work commence
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
