Our client is a well-established company in manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Accounts Executive (AP) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payable processess.
- Check & verify vendor invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
- Process vendor payments via various methods and currencies.
- Maintain Accounts Payable Ledgers by systems.
- Handle employee expense/reimbursement claims.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Quarterly GST Reporting, Monthly Cashflow Forecast, etc.
- Support year-end audit procedures.
- Manage accounts for overseas subsidiaries.
- Review and approve claims and payments from overseas subsidiaries.
- Assist in year-end reports from overseas subsidiaries.
- Contributing to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Finance or any relevant field.
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience.
