The Razer software ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with video games and digital platforms world-wide. The Associate Director of Product Marketing for Razer Software would be responsible for creating the marketing vision and customer messaging for Razer Software.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the user acquisition strategy for Razer Software products like Razer Chroma, Razer Synapse and Razer Axon.
- Create a positioning and communication strategy for Razer Software including advertising, events and public relations.
- Drive the strategy with Global Business Development teams to grow the Chroma RGB ecosystem through partnerships with game developers and hardware partners.
- Develop and implement marketing launch plans to align with product team objectives and set success metrics for marketing teams.
- Coordinate cross-company initiatives with a variety of stakeholders including Razer hardware, services, sales and global marketing teams.
- Seek and manage partner collaborations to grow the Chroma RGB ecosystem.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing campaign.
- Responsible for managing the marketing budget and approval processes.
Pre-Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant marketing or product management experience with proven track record of success in PC software.
- Solid expertise and experience in execution of product marketing strategies and campaigns in both a strategic and tactical sense
- A strong self-starter mentality and the capability to build relevant connections with internal & external stakeholders.
- Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-growth environment.
- Curiosity to discover new marketing trends and to know what our competitors are doing in our industry.
- Strong interest in tech products and gaming industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing.
- Passionate about video games.
