Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day administration functions and duties in production
• Updating of KPI reports and presenting to management.
• Provide secretarial support and administrative support to production team.
• Coordinate and make arrangements for meetings/appointments.
• Liaise with internal and external parties.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Minimum Secondary and above
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business Administration or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous and careful, able to organize well and multi-task
• Able to work independently.
