● Directs financial analysis, accounting, reporting, long-range planning and budgeting processes for the business.
● Knowledge of SEA business practice to support Vice President of APAC in SEA expansion
●Directs systems and business process development for the business
● Works effectively with Vice President Region APAC and Team Leader Subsidiary Controlling in Head Office towards achievement of corporate financial targets
● Establishes goals, monitors and appraises the performance of Finance personnel. Identifies training needs, initiates development of subordinates, recommends effective personnel action
● Designs and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting business operations to assure compliance therewith.HR Responsibility:
● Provide local operational HR day-to-day support and guide local management to ensure that business delivers its goals
● On-going development of HR practices across the region in line with strategic business and HR objectives in close cooperation with regional management, business units and Corporate HR.
● Be the key contact person with Group IT and coordinate the implementation of IT initiative within APAC
Requirements & Qualification
● At least 8-10 years professional experience and 4 years experience as team leader
● Demonstrated management, financial and international business process skills in dealing with all phases of financial and business operations
● Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
● Leadership capabilities
● English (fluent)
● University degree (Master / Bachelor) in finance, accounting or business administration or equivalent international degree.
