- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Inquire about their purpose of visit and guide them appropriately..
HR Administration
- 1. Coordinate and administer on employee perks such as long service award, gift basket, new born, birthday celebration email to staff
- 2. Coordinate and raise HR-related vendor quotes, POs and payments as needed
- 3. Monitor overall HR budget and report on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma qualification with 1 to 2 yrs of HR experience
