Job Summary

The Human Resource & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting to manage the company's HR functions, while also ensuring compliance with labor laws.


Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive with a strong focus on Recruitment, Performance Management and Work Pass administration to help support and grow our talented workforce.


1.Support the manager in managing all HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Budgets, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Planning, etc.)

2.Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.

3.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, probation completion, and exit procedures.

4.Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.

5.Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

6.Provide administrative support for HR operations, including office supplies management and vendor sourcing.

7.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for management and regulatory compliance.

8.Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.


Job Requirements:

1.A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study is required.

2.Candidates must possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

3.Excellent interpersonal communication skills and meticulous personality, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

4.Highly adaptable in fast-paced working environment.

5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
